
Quoting, Payments, and Number Ordering: Designing UI/UX for Telecom Business Owners
Working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven startup, my process had to be fast and organized. Below you'll see screenshots of my Figma workspace for various features I worked on within Viirtue's ViiBE product. These are complex flows because they were designed for our users' customers, and involve antiquated telecommunications systems that we could not avoid. I also included rough sketches of a user flow—this is how I helped get shared understanding between the product team quickly.
